Furthering our commitment to delivering the features and capabilities that positively impact a retailer’s and supplier's bottom lines, all VendorNet clients receive respective VendorNet Commerce Suite module upgrades at no additional charge. Semi-annual releases contain many new features and functions largely based on input from our retail clients and suppliers alike to expand and further automate our capabilities.

1st-Line Telephone Support for Suppliers

VendorNet's Client Services team also offers '1st-Line Supplier Support' direct to suppliers as an optional service providing suppliers with a direct contact to VendorNet customer support representatives for any questions, re-training, or trouble shooting assistance thus eliminating the need for retailer intervention. Routine vendors surveys are conducted as part as this service plan.
