Sharon Gardner, Co-Founder and President

Ms. Gardner has more than 20 years experience in the retail enterprise software industry, with a focus on business-to-consumer and business-to-business retail commerce. With the creation of VendorNet, Ms. Gardner is responsible for pioneering the concept of virtual warehousing by leveraging the Internet and industry best practices to cohesively connect retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to their suppliers.

Prior to founding VendorNet, Ms. Gardner held executive positions at Ecometry Corporation (now Escalate Retail), a leading enterprise order management software provider, serving as Vice President of Client Services from 1990 to 1997, responsible for the company's client support, training and installation functions, then as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing from 1997- 2001, helping the company launch a successful IPO.

Prior to her tenure at Escalate Retail, Ms. Gardner served as Group Director, Client Services at Acxiom Corporation, a leading direct marketing services firm. There, Ms. Gardner was instrumental in building and maintaining a strong client base for Acxiom's catalog fulfillment services division, which provided telemarketing, order management, data processing, and warehouse fulfillment services to major retail and catalog companies.

Michael Helm, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Helm is the primary architect and chief engineer of the VendorNet Commerce Suite platform and is instrumental in driving the evolution and development of its core technologies. Mr. Helm is a supply chain expert with 20 years of experience designing and delivering technologies to the retail industry.

Prior to co-founding VendorNet, Mr. Helm managed a successful technology consulting firm, which provided retail system design, development, and deployment services. Mr. Helm's company supported a number of marquee accounts with new and innovative technologies that enabled real-time collaboration between a retailer's catalog, stores, and return/repair operations. Mr. Helm also held top research and development positions at Ecometry Corporation (now Escalate Retail) and held logistics management positions at First National SuperMarkets.

Mr. Helm has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute of Massachusetts.

Eric Rankin, Vice President, Development

Mr. Rankin has more than 18 years of retail application software development and management experience. As Vice President of Development, Mr. Rankin is responsible for VendorNet's development life-cycle methodology and manages its business integration tool set that delivers exceptional efficiencies and reliability in the supply chain network.

Prior to joining VendorNet, Mr. Rankin was a Senior Staff Engineer at Ecometry Corporation (now Escalate Retail), responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of e-commerce and back-office systems. During his eleven year tenure at Ecometry, Mr. Rankin also held key management positions with responsibility for customer installations and technical support.

Mr. Rankin is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems.

Louisa Rupp, Director, Strategic Marketing

Ms. Rupp has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, where she has cultivated a unique combination of technical expertise complemented by an extensive background in marketing. Prior to joining VendorNet, Ms. Rupp was the Founder and President of Marketing Xcess. In this position, Ms. Rupp assisted VendorNet as an independent marketing consultant, and later joined the company to lead corporate communications and industry marketing.

Ms. Rupp's technical background includes software engineering positions with General Electric, where she designed sonar systems for the U.S. Navy, and systems analysis and technical sales support for large-scale scientific applications at Encore Computer Corporation. Ms. Rupp was with Encore for 17 years where, as the Director of Marketing and Sales Support, she led corporate marketing with right-hand responsibility to the Vice President of Sales. Through the acquisition of Encore by Sun Microsystems, Ms. Rupp assumed responsibility for major marketing programs, sales training, and managing the Encore-based Customer Briefing Center.

Ms. Rupp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from Idaho State University.

Mary Phillips, Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing

Ms. Phillips is responsible for managing VendorNet's sales and direct marketing initiatives to drive sales growth. With more than 30 years of high-technology experience in real-time computing and multi-channel retail technologies, Ms. Phillips has an extensive background in business development and product and channel management.

Prior to VendorNet, Ms. Phillips held a number of business and sales and marketing leadership management positions at Concurrent Computer Corporation Real-Time Business Unit, Ecometry Corporation (now Escalate Retail), and Encore Computer Corporation. In addition to her software engineering expertise, Ms. Phillip's experience includes third-party relationship management, partner marketing, customer retention management, tiered business alliance initiatives, and marketing communications.

Ms. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University, New York.

Jeff Cooney, Manager, Quality Assurance and Product Control

Mr. Cooney is responsible for the quality, integrity, and release process for the company's suite of applications to ensure each release meets corporate quality guidelines and conforms to customer expectations.

Mr. Cooney manages the quality assurance and product control staff, identifies all product testing procedures, liaises with product development and support staff, and certifies product releases. His team is responsible for the final delivery of the packaged VendorNet versions, the overall quality of the upgrade process, as well as the creation and maintenance of all system documentation and product quality standards. Mr. Cooney's team also delivers second-level technical support to the VendorNet customer service staff that provides support to VendorNet's global user community. He has been with VendorNet since 2003.

Mr. Cooney has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Management from the University of Florida.

Jaimie Atherton, Manager, Client Services

With VendorNet since 2003, Ms. Atherton manages VendorNet's service team of account managers who are responsible for the day-to-day support and training of all VendorNet retail clients and their trading partners. In this role, Ms. Atherton leverages her extensive knowledge of VendorNet's applications and its proprietary mapping utility, including EDI to ensure VendorNet consistently provides a superior level of service to its client base.

Ms. Atherton is one of VendorNet's first employees, originally joining VendorNet as an Account Manager providing first-level support to retail clients and vendors. Prior to VendorNet, Ms. Atherton held positions with Lexmark International where she provided end-user support, developed an Intranet for all supported products, and managed the security system. Ms. Atherton's creation of Lexmark's Intranet resulted in several awards for outstanding work.

Ms. Atherton graduated from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Brandon Gillon, Manager, Implementation and Sales Support

Mr. Gillon manages client implementations and is the technical liaison to VendorNet's sales team. His position encompasses all aspects of client "go-live" processes, including establishing best practice implementation tools and methodologies for streamlining client launches. Mr. Gillon acts as the intermediary between clients and VendorNet personnel to develop, execute, and manage the client implementation plan based on client-defined requirements.

Mr. Gillon has demonstrated expertise in project management and an in-depth knowledge of VendorNet's software solutions gained in his previous position as a VendorNet Account Manager. Prior to VendorNet, Mr. Gillon held lead positions at Lexmark Corporation.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Mr. Gillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Ross Hart, Sales Executive

Mr. Hart has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently as the Vice President of Sales at ProfitCenter Software and prior to that, as Regional Sales Manager at Escalate Retail. Mr. Hart has demonstrated success in selling enterprise-class ecommerce and order management systems to catalog, retail, ecommerce, and B2B organizations, including a record of top performance in sales volume for more than 10 years.

In addition, Mr. Hart was President and Co-founder of Pencil & Pixel and Net Pro, both catalog and ecommerce creative agencies serving Fortune 2000 retailers including Sports Authority, Target, and Home Depot. In his role with VendorNet, Mr. Hart is responsible for expanding VendorNet's footprint in the mid and top-tier markets for the eastern United States.

Mr. Hart is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
